In an organization, culture serves as a guideline for individuals. It determines our beings, where, who and what we are from. Community also determines us by what category of people we belong to. Tradition, dress, language , social practices, music, food and religion are comprised of culture. The uniqueness of each community or entity is evidenced by these elements of culture. Some cultures have been applied by others since colonization was created from each nation or continent, generation by generation. This blog presents the culture of a country that is chosen from each continent.
Asia
THAILAND
In the center of Southeast Asia, the nation is renowned for its great food, martial arts, beaches, and many temples. Thailand also has many well-known islands that have numerous tourist resorts.
Religion
Buddhism
In Thailand, Buddhism is highly influenced by traditional ideas that have been introduced into Buddhist cosmology about ancestral and natural spirits. Most Thai people build spirit houses (Thai: ⁇; RTGS: san phra phum), miniature houses outside their homes, where they believe that household spirits live. To keep them satisfied, they present food and drink offerings to these spirits.
